Qualifying All Offers

All offers received will be financially qualified before you are asked to make your final decision. If the offers are cash, they will need to be supported by either an email from the potential purchaser’s accountant or solicitor to confirm that they have sufficient funds available. If the purchaser will need a mortgage, an agreement in principle or email confirmation from their financial adviser will be needed to confirm that they have been qualified.
